What can I say, I'm addicted to them. Assassin's Apprentice, by Robin Hobb. Posted on Everything feels real about this book and for that I'm grateful. Another review, another first-person narrative. I had enjoyed it, but not nearly as much Her stye of writing in the Farseer Trilogy takes some getting used to. Robin Hobb's Farseer trilogy, volume one (Assassin's Apprentice). In this case we have the widely-heralded beginning of the Farseer series. Assassin's Apprentice is the first volume in The Farseer Trilogy, my first work as Robin Hobb. This book is a sequel to Assassin's Apprentice which I read a couple of years ago. This began as a trilogy that expanded into a second set of 3 books. Hobb is a remarkable storyteller. Assassin's Apprentice, Book One of the Farseer trilogy. It has never been available in I frequently receive queries as to how to find this book in hardcover. As a singular piece, it still retains a full dramatic arc even though this is simply the first in The Farseer trilogy. I am so glad that it came back to me and I immediately wanted to return to the library to get The Farseers Trilogy by Robin Hobb and reread it … again: Assassin's Apprentice; Royal Assassin; Assassin's Quest.
